Key Responsibilities:
- Drive housing loan sales to achieve assigned targets while contributing to the growth of the overall loan portfolio.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and property developers to generate referrals and ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with branch teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and business development initiatives to enhance product awareness.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to expand the housing loan portfolio.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present periodic sales and performance reports to management, providing insights and recommendations.
Candidate Criteria:
- Full/ part qualification in Banking at IBSL
- Minimum 03 – 05 years of relevant experience in consumer assets, retail banking products, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
- Demonstrated a strong knowledge of housing loan products and financial services
- Sound understanding of credit evaluation and risk assessment
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales closing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
