Quality Assurance Assistant

Role Profile
- Implementing, establishing, monitoring, reviewing, and maintaining products & processes in compliance with the established Quality/Food Safety Management System of FSSC 22000 & Quality Management Systems within the Organization.
- Process validations, analysis of product, and verification of process performance and work for continual improvements.
- Ensures that all products and manufacturing processes comply with applicable QA standards at both national and international levels.
- Attends to product complaints, non-conformance, and customer queries.
- Ensure analysis of raw materials, semi-finished products & finished goods.
- Ensure a traceability system throughout the process starting from raw material to finished goods.
- Adhere to product quality & ability to work independently to ensure customer requirements.
Personal Profile
- Passed G.C.E. A/L with 01-year experience in the Quality Assurance / Quality Control field.
- Fair Knowledge of QA methodologies and standards like FSSC 22000, HACCP, BRC, ISO, etc. would be an added advantage.
- Experience in the metal packaging industry / food manufacturing canning industry / other canning product manufacturing would be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and good numerical skills with statistical process control techniques.
