NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER
- Supervising and managing factory operations during the night shift.
- Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are achieved.
- Monitoring machine operations and coordinating with maintenance teams for issue resolution.
- Managing and guiding night shift operators and production staff.
- Preparing shift reports and maintaining operational records.
- Ensuring compliance with company safety procedures and workplace standards.
- Maintaining smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping and discipline within the factory environment.
YOU SHOULD:
- Technical background with relevant experience in factory or manufacturing operations.
- Diploma, NDT, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- Hands-on knowledge of machine operations and production processes.
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle night shift operations independently.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
