REQUIREMENTS

  • Possessing excellent communication skills in English / Sinhala is a must
  • Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be a pleasing personality and be able to work independently and in team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
  • Follow up on customer requests and complaints
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments
  • Achieve service quality and performance targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
