ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE - LEAN

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Lean and drive process improvement initiatives across the organization.
WE'RE LOOKING YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, Standard Work, and Visual Management
- Proven experience in leading continuous improvement projects, analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable improvements that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), and experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel overseas for project implementations, training, and business assignments, demonstrating professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to organizational success.
