EXECUTIVE – QUALITY ASSURANCE

As a prominent player in the FMCG sector, Bellose Lanka continuously focuses on quality excellence, regulatory compliance, product safety, and customer satisfaction across all stages of manufacturing and distribution. To strengthen our Quality Assurance operations, we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated professional team player to join our team as a Quality Assurance Executive.
Your Mission:
- Conduct routine inspections, in-process quality checks, line clearances, and finished product evaluations
- Ensure process parameters such as temperature, batch consistency, viscosity, pH levels, and mixing timelines are maintained according to approved specifications
- Review and maintain batch manufacturing records, quality documentation, SOPs, and quality-related reports
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance
- Investigate quality deviations, non-conformities, customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support internal and external quality audits, regulatory inspections, and certification processes
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure adherence to approved specifications
Are You the One?
- B.Sc. degree or diploma in Quality Management, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Microbiology, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in the FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry. Prior experience in quality auditing would be an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance procedures
- Familiarity with NMRA requirements and documentation practices will be an added advantage
- Sufficient knowledge in raw material inspection as per international guidelines such as AQL method or ISO 2859-1
- Basic knowledge on ISO 9001:2015 and GMP
