Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Office Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of the Pan Asian Gateway (Pvt) Ltd, a dynamic business facilitation hub providing advertising, consultancy, and corporate support services in collaboration with international stakeholders. This operates as an affiliated initiative under Karunaratne & Sons Private Limited, with a strong focus on collaborative engagement with Japanese investors.

Office Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and office operations.
  • Handle document filing, scanning, photocopying, and record maintenance.
  • Support coordination of meetings, client visits, and office logistics.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and workspace. (cubicle rental coordination)
  • Provide support to accounting, legal, and consultancy teams as required.
  • Deliver general clerical and operational support.

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. (A/L) qualification or equivalent. (Diploma in Business Administration or related field is an added advantage)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration or office coordination. (supervisory experience preferred)
