Job Summary
We are seeking a pleasant, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations of the Pan Asian Gateway (Pvt) Ltd, a dynamic business facilitation hub providing advertising, consultancy, and corporate support services in collaboration with international stakeholders. This project operates as an affiliated initiative under Karunaratne & Sons Private Limited, with a strong focus on collaborative engagement with Japanese investors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. (emails, courier, letters)
- Coordinate client visits, schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain visitor records and office logs.
- Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth office operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- G.C.E. (O/L) or A/L qualification.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy. (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala. (Japanese language is an added advantage)
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
