Materials Manager

Required Qualification & Experience

We are looking for individuals with a strong personality and excellent managerial skills for the position of Materials Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar managerial capacity within a 5-star hospitality environment.

The candidate should have sound knowledge and practical experience in procurement, inventory control, materials management systems, and vendor coordination. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office (especially Excel), and reporting tools is essential.

Experience in handling store operations, stock audits, cost control, purchasing procedures, and supplier negotiations is required. Familiarity with hospitality-related material requirements will be considered a strong advantage.

Foreign experience in a similar position will be a definite advantage. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, particularly in English.
