Trainee – Information Technology - Wattala

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and talented individual to join our team, assist in maintaining our IT functions and ERP system, and grow into a key technical asset for the company.
Job Profile
- Provide first-line assistance to team members with hardware, software, and application troubleshooting.
- Assist with setting up and troubleshooting LAN/WAN connections, Active Directory accounts, email configurations, and anti-virus software.
- Gain exposure to the ERP system and provide basic technical support to users.
- Assist senior IT staff with daily data backup routines and data recovery procedures.
- Gain exposure to enterprise firewalls, manageable switches, routers, and modern cloud solutions while assisting senior IT staff with monitoring and troubleshooting.
Candidate Profile
- A degree, diploma, or ongoing certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routers, Switches) and database fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge in ERP System and hands on experience will be definite advantages.
- A natural problem-solver with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Good communication skills to assist non-technical users effectively.
- Age below 30 years (Male).
