We are looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant - HR & Admin to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n- Handling Administrative tasks & Office operations
n- Handling the recruitment process, including interview coordination.
n- Managing onboarding & offboarding procedures
n- Coordinating company events and staff activities
n- Health Insurance handling
n- Attendance checking and reporting
n- Preparing performance evaluation forms
n- Creating job advertisements
n- Preparing HR-related documents.
n
n
REQUIREMENTS
n
n- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
n- Foundation or certificate qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
n- Previous experience in office administration is a definite advantage.
n- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
n- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
