ABOUT THE RESORT
Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa is a tropical oasis nestled in the Noonu atoll within 45 minutes seaplane journey from Male International Airport.

Each of our 105 villas boast a private pool, cozy terrace and direct access to the ocean. The contemporary and eco-friendly design of the villas offer our guests a comfortable accommodation and laid-back resort experience.
RESERVATIONS AGENT
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in an international luxury hospitality brand. Maldives’ work experience is preferred.
- Highly-conversed with Opera Cloud and MS Programs, familiarity with ACCOR Reservations systems are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and guest-focused approach.
- Ability to handle inquiries, process bookings, and manage guest requests efficiently and accurately.
- High level of customer service orientation, ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on reservations.
- Positive attitude, team player mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
