MANAGEMENT INTERNS

With more than 950 employees across our Katunayake and Wathupitiwala Export Processing Zones, we hold a dominant position in the global market for surf kites, foil wings and wind surfing sails.
We are now seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Team in our Katunayake plant to contribute as Management Interns and grow with a company that values excellence and innovation.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for career development and continuous learning
- Preferred age: 25–30 years
- Candidates residing near Katunayake are encouraged to apply
- Having worked in a Manufacturing environment will be a definite advantage
- Familiarity with ERP systems or production data analysis tools will be advantageous
