HR Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the payroll process.
  • Creating job postings & advertisement.
  • Preparing ETF & EPF documents & making payments before the due date.
  • Schedules meetings & Coordinate interviews.
  • Assist to run the office smoothly.
  • Assist to the stock counting process.
  • Managing and maintaining employee data.
  • Handling Labour Department requirements.
  • Related documents preparation.
  • Preparation of purchasing reports.
  • Handling debtor outstanding.
  • Identifying staff needs and give the solutions.
  • Supporting management requirements.

Requirements

  • Successfully Completed G.C.E. (A/L) in Commerce Stream.
  • Professional Qualifications from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 Years Experience will be an added advantage.
  • Basic Computer Functions in MS Office.
  • Age 20-30 Years.
  • Living near the Kalutara area.
