HR Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the payroll process.
- Creating job postings & advertisement.
- Preparing ETF & EPF documents & making payments before the due date.
- Schedules meetings & Coordinate interviews.
- Assist to run the office smoothly.
- Assist to the stock counting process.
- Managing and maintaining employee data.
- Handling Labour Department requirements.
- Related documents preparation.
- Preparation of purchasing reports.
- Handling debtor outstanding.
- Identifying staff needs and give the solutions.
- Supporting management requirements.
Requirements
- Successfully Completed G.C.E. (A/L) in Commerce Stream.
- Professional Qualifications from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 Years Experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic Computer Functions in MS Office.
- Age 20-30 Years.
- Living near the Kalutara area.
