SENIOR EXECUTIVE - CUSTOMER CARE

Pinnanna Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and customer focused professional to join our team as a Senior Executive – Customer Care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and improve customer service standards and processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Prepare customer service reports and analyze customer feedback.
  • Support and guide customer care team members in delivering excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow ups.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in preparing reports and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
  • Positive attitude, customer focused mindset, and professional appearance.
