CLOE CLAIRE, a deluxe café in Nawala, is seeking an experienced Senior Barista & Café Team Lead for a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in enhancing customer service and attracting new customer base, generating revenue, training café staff, managing inventory, minimizing food and beverage waste, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
This is a mid-senior level position that requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of coffee and café operations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Career Advancement
This position is a natural progression from a Senior Barista role and provides a solid foundation for future management opportunities within the café industry
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in barista and food preparation skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- 3–5 years’ experience in a reputed café or hotel, preferably in a team-leading role
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Barista certification or advanced training (an advantage)
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
