Work Study Officer
Support productivity enhancement and process optimization in a world-class medical device manufacturing environment.

Eligibility Criteria :
- Degree/Diploma/Professional Qualification in Work Study, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years' experience in Work Study/Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Age: below 30 years.
- Good communication skills with proficiency in Sinhala and English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Knowledge of time studies, line balancing, and productivity improvement techniques.
- Experience in plastic, medical device, or apparel manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near Bandaragama.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Conduct work studies, time studies, and process improvement activities.
- Prepare production layouts, line balancing, and standard operating times.
- Identify opportunities for productivity improvement and automation.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to support smooth production startup.
- Monitor shop floor performance and resolve process-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485:2016, quality, and safety requirements.
- Maintain productivity records, reports, and performance data.
- Support employee training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
