Product Analyst - Courier Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and manage daily courier operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Track operational KPIs, delivery performance, and service levels while identifying areas for improvement.
- Handle operational issues, customer escalations, and delivery-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to improve productivity and customer experience.
- Support implementation of operational strategies, process improvements, and new initiatives.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and external courier partners.
- Prepare operational reports, performance summaries, and forecasts as required.
- Ensure compliance with company operational standards and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, courier or delivery management.
- Hands-on experience in courier operations will be a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
