COORDINATOR – SALES

Expo Commodities Global (Pvt) Ltd. is a fully integrated sourcing and processing company specializing in Spices, Coconuts, Dried Fruits & Nuts and Essential Oils. We are recognized globally for delivering the freshest and highest-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Coordination

  • Assist in processing and tracking orders from inquiry to shipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on delivery timelines.

Supplier & Buyer Communication

  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure quality standards and timely dispatch.
  • Assist in responding to buyer inquiries and provide updates on shipments and order status.
  • Support negotiations and follow up on contracts, price discussions, and order confirmations.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain updated records of stock levels, order history, and pricing.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, shipments, and supplier performance.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis for the sales division.

General Administrative & Support Duties

  • Follow up on daily operations, meeting coordination and preparing presentations, and task follow-ups.
  • Manage emails, calls, and correspondence related to the sales division.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis related to purchases and shipments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or coordination, preferably within the food or agricultural industry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
