MARKETING COORDINATOR
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role.
- Minimum qualification of G.C.E. A/L a diploma or qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to seamlessly handle customer inquiries and coordinate between teams.
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders efficiently and coordinate with logistics and production for timely delivery.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and handle daily sales-related correspondence.
- Act as the primary internal contact point to support the outdoor sales team and handle client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports.
