Job Title:

EXECUTIVE - SERVICE SALES

Job Role:

The jobholder is responsible for analyzing the direct-import vehicle market for Mercedes-Benz, Jeep, and Chrysler, identifying new aftersales business opportunities, including in overseas markets such as the Maldives, and developing marketing initiatives to grow service and parts revenue. The role includes planning and executing promotional campaigns, ensuring workshop and facility standards comply with principal guidelines, organizing customer engagement activities, and preparing key management reports while staying updated on brand and product requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • GCE Advanced Level qualification
  • Full or part professional qualification in Sales and Marketing (CIM/SLIM)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in aftersales, service sales, automotive marketing, or customer relationship management, with preferred exposure to the automobile industry
  • Strong business etiquette with excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
  • Basic computer literacy with the ability to access principals' websites for technical information
