nFASHION DESIGNER & JUNIOR FASHION DESIGNER
nWe are seeking a talented, creative, and passionate Fashion Designer / Junior Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and design clothing & accessories that align perfectly with our brand aesthetic and target market.
nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative seasonal collections n
- Research current/upcoming fashion trends and incorporate them into design concepts n
- Create high-quality sketches and precise technical drawings of designs n
- Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials for commercial production n
- Oversee and manage the fitting and production processes closely n
- Ensure all designs meet strict brand quality standards and project deadlines n
- Follow through with the entire process seamlessly from initial Design to final Production n
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field n
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a Fashion Designer (or relevant entry-level for Junior role) n
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrication, and related techniques n
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop n
- Proficiency in MS Office suite n
- Proficiency in ERP Systems will be considered an added advantage n
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet tight deadlines n
