Soul Coffee Group is a fast-growing Sri Lankan coffee company committed to delivering premium quality coffee products including beans, ground, instant, and iced coffee. We are expanding our footprint in the business and are looking for a experienced Production Supervisor professional to join our Operational team.

Responsibilities
- Execution of the daily production plan and monitor production efficiency, individual targets and outputs.
- Supervise factory employees to get desired production outputs.
- Oversee the operation & coffee roasting machine, grinders, packing and labelling machine etc.
- Manage and maintain raw material and WIP inventory.
- Maintain production records and system entries.
- Perform machinery changeovers and setups and operational maintenance in production machineries.
- Maintain good manufacturing practices throughout the production, implementing and ensuring cleaning, personal hygiene, proper storage, lot identification, waste management and etc.
- Maintain established quality standards during the production.
Requirements
- Diploma in Technical/Food Science/Agriculture in related field with 2 years’ experience.
- Or minimum 5 years of experience in Tea/Coffee/Spice/Fruits and Vegetable or relevant food processing industry with GCE A/L.
- Male candidates with 25-40 years of age and preferably from Colombo/ Wattala/ Kelaniya/ Kadawatha/ Rathmalana area.
- Resilience to the operational challenges and lead the production to meet strong deadlines.
- Prior experience in similar role in Tea/Coffee/Spice/Fruits and Vegetable or relevant food processing is an added advantage.
