KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records
- Cash reconciliation and bank deposits
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Supplier payments and follow-ups
- Support payroll processing
- Prepare branch sales reports
- Petty cash management
- Assist in monthly financial reports and other ad-hoc tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in accounting or finance (1–2 years preferred)
- Partly qualified / AAT preferred
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel especially)
- Experience with accounting software will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
