WE’RE HIRING: R & D Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Lead R&D projects related to coconut-based products under the Cocotana brand
- Develop new formulations and improve existing product lines (e.g., milk, cream, virgin coconut oil, chips, flour, desiccated products, beverages, snacks)
- Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale trials and support commercial scale-up
- Analyze physical, chemical, sensory and microbiological parameters
- Implement cost optimization, process improvements and shelf-life validation
- Monitor industry trends, customer requirements and export standards
- Support regulatory compliance, documentation and customer presentations
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related fields
- Prior experience in coconut / food product development or manufacturing (mandatory)
- Strong technical, analytical and documentation skills
- Knowledge in food safety, HACCP, GMP, ISO and regulatory compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
