We are actively looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join our Alerics team as a Sales Coordinator. Furthermore, this role involves the need for effective communication and coordination with the Sales Team on all matters related to sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages sales staff daily operations and performance.
- Lead generation and verification for the sales team.
- Order generation of key customers.
- Customer onboarding.
- Coordinate payment collections.
- Generates reports regarding the status of sales.
- Maintains files systems and database of sales records.
- Responds to client concerns.
- Maintains customer relations and satisfaction.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- A Diploma or any other equivalent qualification related to Sales/Marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy with MS office package.
- Preferred age below 35 years.
- Close proximity Gampaha, Weliveriya, Kaduwela or surrounding area.
