Data Entry Operators

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
  • Generate reports from entered data as required
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Assist in administrative tasks when needed
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role (preferred)
  • Fast typing skills with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or data entry software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of databases and office equipment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
