Business Development Executive
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting — Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital platforms to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Sales & Revenue Growth — Drive deal closures by developing tailored proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management — Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acting as the primary contact for new clients through to successful onboarding.
- Market Research & Strategy — Monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and provide strategic insights to leadership to identify new growth opportunities and verticals.
- Partnerships & Alliances — Develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Reporting & CRM Management — Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM, track key KPIs, and deliver regular performance reports to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with reporting tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
