nJob Overview
nWe are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong cross domain experience across data engineering, analytics, visualization, and AI, with a firm grasp of data modelling, structured problem solving, and solution design. This role is design and oversight focused, responsible for shaping analytical and AI solutions, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex problems into well architected, scalable, and governed solutions, including emerging Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases.
nKey responsibilities

- Lead problem definition and design scalable data, analytics, AI, and visualization solutions n
- Translate business requirements into clear technical architectures, data models, and delivery approaches n
- Design end-to-end solutions across data ingestion, transformation, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, and visualization layers n
- Ensure solutions follow sound architectural principles for performance, scalability, and maintainability n
- Contribute to Generative & Agentic AI solutions with strong governance and practical business use cases n
- Support pursuits through solution ideation, proposals effort estimation, and client discussions n
- Ensure effective analytics and visualization design aligned with business insights and decision-making needs n
- Provide technical oversight, enforce data governance and quality, and mentor teams for consistent delivery n
Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data & AI, or a related field with 6–8 years of relevant experience n
- Deep expertise in data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical) with strong command of dimensional and analytical design patterns n
- Proven leadership in architecting and delivering end-to-end data, analytics, and AI solutions at scale n
- Strong understanding of modern data engineering ecosystems, platforms, and pipeline design (hands-on exposure advantageous) n
- Solid grasp of enterprise data governance, including data quality, lineage, security, and access frameworks n
- Experience contributing to or shaping Generative AI / Agentic AI solutions aligned to business value n
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability, translating complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive delivery across cross-functional teams n
