RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach while resolving concerns efficiently.
- Keep records of customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age below 35 years
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using communication tools.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
