Store Keeper – Site Based

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Issue materials and equipment in accordance with approved requests.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of materials.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Prepare inventory reports and submit them to management as required.
Qualifications
- G.C.E. Advanced Level or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in a construction or project-based environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
