About the Role
NDB Securities (NDBS), a fully owned subsidiary of NDB Capital Holdings and a licensed stockbroker of the Colombo Stock Exchange, is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead its Finance & Accounting function. This role is responsible for ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence within a dynamic financial services environment.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACASL) or CA Strategic Level completed.
- Minimum 6–8 years' experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong background in taxation and financial accounting is mandatory.
- Experience in banking, capital markets, or financial services will be an advantage.
- Prior experience with a reputed audit firm (e.g., Big Four or equivalent) will be a distinct advantage.

- Oversee financial accounting, GL reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
- Manage tax compliance, filings, provisions, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate audits, financial statements, & compliance reporting.
- Drive improvements in financial systems, controls, and reporting efficiency.
