Shipping Assistant
Location: Colombo
NativeWay is a leading Engineering & MEP solutions provider operating across Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Bangladesh. We specialize in MEP Projects, Power Generation Solutions, HVAC Systems, Fire Protection Systems, and Premium After-Sales Engineering Services.
We are looking for young, competent, and committed individual to a play a dynamic role as Shipping Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the necessary documentation and operation processes for import or export or transshipment activities are carried out under controlled condition.
- Process documents such as Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, Pre-alert.
- Issue bill of lading and invoices.
- Liaise with vendors/ agents on cargo arrangement.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Sales team to coordinate shipments.
- Attend to customers enquires and make necessary arrangements for their bookings.
- Communicate with oversea agents and branches.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Candidate Profile:
- Age between 23 – 40 Years are preferred.
- 01 years working experience in Shipping Industry.
- Able to handle shipping documents independently.
- Candidate should be result oriented with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain high standards.
