Course Coordinator & Executive Assistant to the Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily academic, administrative, and operational activities of the Academy.
  • Coordinate with lecturers, students, internal departments, TVEC, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official documentation.
  • Organize meetings, events, seminars, and Academy-related activities.
  • Provide executive support to the Director and assist with special projects and operational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, training coordination, executive assistance, or a similar role.
  • Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in educational institutions, TVEC processes, or quality assurance will be an added advantage.
