To maintain and enhance our scope we need talented, hardworking individuals to take up below position at our main Campus in Malabe.
EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMMES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and execute marketing and student recruitment initiatives for international programmes.
- Drive student enrolment growth through targeted marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Handling digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, website content, and online advertising.
- Organize and coordinate recruitment events, open days, webinars, school visits, and education fairs.
- Create marketing content such as brochures, advertisements, website content, and social media posts.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness and recruitment outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, and other stakeholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification such as CIM or SLIM.
- Executive Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, student recruitment, business development, or a related field.
- Senior Executive Level: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to international or higher education programmes.
- Experience in handling or promoting Australian, UK, or other international education programmes will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and event coordination.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
