Crown & Champa Resorts is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualification and experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • n
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • n
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • n
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • n
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • n
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • n

Task and responsibilities

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to senior executives
  • n
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • n
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • n
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain organized filing systems
  • n
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • n
  • Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders
  • n
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met
