Join Activewear as an Assistant - Employee Relations - Operations

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a Degree or a Diploma in Human Resources along with 2-3 years of work experience in a similar capacity to join our team of changemakers to be based in Kilinochi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a stable, safe and productive workforce by overseeing key areas such as attendance, retention, compliance and Employee well-being to enhance operational efficiency and Employee satisfaction through effective coordination of both people and systems.
