EXECUTIVE – FINISHING
Location – Teejay Lanka PLC – Avissawella
We are looking for an Executive - Finishing to assist the process of Finishing and drive for operational excellence to align with organizational vision and mission.
The Job
- Monitor and control all Finishing related issues effectively in order to keep RFT.
- Responsible for machine unitization and production outputs.
- Responsible for new product development and Innovation.
- Supervise machine operations in order to ensure the machines are being run to the appropriate standards/settings.
- Conduct root cause analysis with the technical team to minimize non-conformances.
The Person
- BSc Degree / Diploma in Textile and Clothing (NDT) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute
- Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Task prioritization, time management, multi-tasking ability and result oriented while being a good team player
- Should also be proactive, assertive and self-driven with the ability to work in pressurized situations.
