SUPERVISOR – AUDIT

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Passed Finalist of CA Sri Lanka with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, or candidates following the Strategic Level of CA Sri Lanka with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in external audit.
- Proven experience working in environments compliant with auditing and accounting standards, relevant laws, and regulatory requirements.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail and audit quality.
- Excellent team player with leadership capabilities.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise, coordinate, and manage client audit engagements in compliance with applicable auditing and accounting standards, relevant laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and review the progress of audit assignments to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
- Assist in risk management, quality control, and compliance-related activities.
- Train and guide junior staff members, contributing to team capability building and performance improvement.
- Maintain strong client relationships by understanding client industries and providing professional guidance and insights.
