CUSTOMER RELATION EXECUTIVE ( ORUGODAWATTA )

  • Greet customers as they arrive and inquire into their purpose of visit.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and coordinate with other departments all the time.
  • Handle customer complaints by ensuring complete customer satisfaction at all levels.
  • Strong desire to help customers identify customer needs that would help customer to make the best choice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A good secondary education with minimum 3 passes at GCE Advanced Level.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customer care preferably in an automobile company.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala languages.
  • Good negotiation skills & follow up skills.
  • Should have valid driving license.
  • Age below 45 years.
