JUNIOR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE - HR
Location – Head Office
The selected candidate will be responsible for,
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage performance management appraisal and evaluation process.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance matters and related documentation.
- Manage off - boarding process.
- Maintain HR records, reports and confidential documentation.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and assist in other HR projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Familiarity with Canva for creating presentations, posters and employee communication materials.
