JOB PROFILE
We are seeking a results-oriented and detail-focused professional to manage crew planning and crewing operations with accuracy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage crewing operations for assigned client portfolio and vessels
- Coordinate effectively with seafarers and maintain strong working relationships
- Support crew planning, scheduling, and deployment activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree, Diploma, or recognized professional qualification in Shipping, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Prior experience in crew management, crew planning, or crew supply
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to travel overseas
