Senior Production Executive
URGENT VACANCY
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, monitor and supervise daily production activities to achieve targets
- Ensure product quality, hygiene and food safety standards are maintained
- Manage production team and allocate duties effectively
- Monitor raw materials, resources and machine utilization
- Maintain production records and prepare reports
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and other departments for smooth operations
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 to 3 years of experience in cheese / dairy / food manufacturing industry
- Diploma / Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or related field
- Good knowledge of production processes, quality and food safety standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient in documentation and reporting
