Executive / Senior Executive - Internal Audit
The Job
- Conduct comprehensive audits of all claims processes, including Motor and Non-Motor claims to ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting guidelines, delegated authorities, and regulatory requirements.
- Audit slip transfer transactions and related accounting entries to ensure completeness, accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Carry out process audits to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of operational processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to strengthen internal controls and operational performance.
- Prepare and submit detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks and control deficiencies.
The Person
- Following AAT / CA / CMA / AII / Insurance Diploma
- 2-4 years’ experience in Auditing / Accounting / Finance department will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in the Insurance industry will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Accounting software and MS Excel, Word etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Age below 40 years
