Location: Business Banking Unit
Job Profile:
This position is accountable for establishing and operationalizing the business banking segment of the bank. Thus, it involves formulating, directing and monitoring the strategies to ensure the accomplishment of business goals, achieving of assets, liabilities and fee-based income targets pertaining to Business Banking portfolio.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university / professional body.
- A minimum of 8 years experience in Banking/ Finance sector.
- Proven exposure in Credit, Marketing, Cash Management, Liability Management, and Value Chain Financing within Business Banking/SME segments.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and marketing skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and reporting abilities with a track record of driving results.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, diverse industry sectors, and the broader commercial and economic environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within teams and contribute to achieving shared goals.
