STAFF NURSES
Medical Centres – Panadura & Kiribathgoda
Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is looking for qualified and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our Medical Centres located in Panadura and Kiribathgoda.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate nursing care to patients
- Assist doctors and medical officers during consultations and procedures
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
- Support OPD, emergency, and clinical service operations
- Ensure infection control, patient safety, and proper clinical standards
- Coordinate with patients, doctors, and other healthcare staff effectively
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institute
- SLMC / SLNC registration will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in OPD, ward, emergency, or medical centre environment preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on shift basis
- Pleasant personality with a strong commitment to patient care
- Candidates residing close to Panadura or Kiribathgoda will be given preference
