JUNIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE

CALL CENTER

Head Office – Kollupitiya

Job Profile

  • Contact customers regarding overdue payments within the 0.00 – 0.99 age bucket and follow up on recovery activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally while maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Negotiate and monitor payment commitments to ensure timely recoveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery actions.
  • Achieve monthly recovery and productivity targets as assigned.

Candidate Profile

  • Successful completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, collections, recovery, or customer service environment.
  • Basic computer literacy, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult conversations professionally.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in Sinhala; knowledge of English and Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Age below 25 years.
