CALL CENTER
Head Office – Kollupitiya
Job Profile
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments within the 0.00 – 0.99 age bucket and follow up on recovery activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally while maintaining good customer relationships.
- Negotiate and monitor payment commitments to ensure timely recoveries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery actions.
- Achieve monthly recovery and productivity targets as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Successful completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, collections, recovery, or customer service environment.
- Basic computer literacy, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult conversations professionally.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in Sinhala; knowledge of English and Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Age below 25 years.
