Customer Relations Officer
Job Profile
- Efficiently manage incoming calls, ensuring they are handled promptly and professionally.
- Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and guests courteously, providing information about the company's services and facilities.
- Attend to the needs of walk-in customers and guests, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting in the completion of HR-related documents and activities.
- Generate reports and information as requested by management.
Candidate Profile
- Completed GCE A/L.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a Customer Relations Officer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation.
