Are you a high-achiever with a network in the construction industry? We are looking for Sales Executives to represent world-leading, high-performance construction brands in the Sri Lankan market.
The Role:
- Brand Ambassadorship: Drive sales for globally recognized, high-performance construction materials.
- Relationship Management: Leverage and expand your existing network of Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Market Expansion: Identify new project opportunities and secure specifications for our premium product range.
- Technical Selling: Provide expert advice on specialty materials to stakeholders and project sites.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in field sales (minimum 2-3 years).
- Industry Network: Existing contacts with architects, developers, and construction stakeholders are highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a go-getter attitude, and a passion for technical sales.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license.
- Background: Experience in construction materials or hardware is a major advantage.
